WHO AM I?

I’m driven by movement, physically as well as mentally. Without movement no progress and no change. That is why I love to work with employees and employers that want to move, grow and evolve.

I believe that working is good for us, it improves our (mental) health and wellbeing.  A job gives you next to an income, a support system, opportunities to grow, confidence and daily structure. This is what we need to thrive in life!

I started my career as an Occupational Therapist. This taught me to think in possibilities rather than inabilities. Inabilities are challenges to me, for which we will always find solutions together.

I started .WORK to set employees and employers in motion. Sometimes the development of a person or company is brought to a halt. The health of your company, the health of an employee, the atmosphere in a team and the development stands still. A period is set… That period ends that sentence, but not your story. Stop,
look back at what happened and then get back to work. Hence the name; .WORK!

Services & Expertise

Absenteeism is something that both employer and employee have to deal with. Of course we don’t always want to, but sometimes we can’t escape it.

All questions regarding absenteeism through sickness prevention, vitality, casemanagement, labor law & legislation, Sickness Benefits Act and conflicts can be discussed.

I can support and advise you, sometimes together with in cooperation with partners.

When as an employee you no longer know where you want to go, or when your health forces you to choose a different direction. Can you go on a journey with me and I will get you on the right track again.

This can sometimes also apply to an entire team, with innovative methods and in collaboration with partners, we work towards progress.

Coaching on the job of HR advisors, health & safety coordinators or managers can help the organization run better. This can be done 1-on-1 or in the form of training sessions (also via video call).

I am also available for advice and support in objection and appeal cases.
